This unique house design in the Sunshine Coast hinterland was commissioned to be a four bedroom family home with separation from children’s rooms to master.
The site was perched on the top of a rolling hill with 180 degree views from Caloundra to Noosa. This house was designed to encapsulate this hinterland to coast view by use of high glazing to almost the entire eastern side of the house. Positioned to fit neatly into the landscape with a easy access and streamlined house design with street appeal.
Once inside you immediately are punched in the face by the view from every angle. A comfortable light breezy feel to the living area with a warm relaxing lounge nook part of the main living but with a rock wall separation to give that warm homely cosy feeling in an industrial driven clean lined design.
The master has a yoga room in front which makes you feel like you are peacefully in touch with nature itself looking out to the ocean.
